Adam Davis Law Firm Welcomes Matthew Rogenes as New Attorney

New Orleans, LA – August 19, 2026 — Adam Davis Law Firm is pleased to announce that Matthew Rogenes has joined the firm as an attorney. Rogenes brings extensive trial experience and a deep commitment to representing injured workers and their families in maritime injury, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.

Rogenes concentrates his practice on jury trials involving maritime injuries, brain and spine trauma, commercial vehicle and eighteen-wheeler collisions, and wrongful death. He joins a firm known for its “Mariners for Mariners” approach—trial lawyers with hands-on maritime backgrounds who fight for injured seamen, longshore workers, and other working people.

Originally from northeastern Montana and the son of a preacher, Rogenes earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Montana. After college he worked in the North Dakota oilfields, where he saw firsthand how safety and environmental rules were often secondary to profits. That experience solidified his decision to become a lawyer dedicated to representing regular working people against powerful companies and insurance carriers.

He received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where he earned honors in Trial Advocacy, participated in the Tulane Environmental Law Program, and served as a student attorney in the Tulane Domestic Violence Clinic. Rogenes is active in the Louisiana Association for Justice, serving on its Board of Directors and as Chair of the LAJ New Orleans Regional Committee. He also serves on several committees of the American Association for Justice.
