Do NOT Give Interviews or Statements About the Incident

Do not talk to the company attorney, claims adjuster, claims handler or any other company representative about the incident. If a written statement is required, you should keep it simple and concise.

My name is [your name], and I was working aboard the [vessel or rig] as [your position]. On [date], I sustained injuries requiring medical treatment.
