Coast Guard to Eliminate Passport-Style Merchant Mariner Credential on March 1, 2024

Starting March 1, 2024, the U.S. Coast Guard will issue Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMCs) in a new format, replacing the old red book and endorsement labels.
